Not quite. After payment, click "Complete Booking" and assign every seat you booked: your own seat, and an invitation for each guest. 

Do this before you leave the website.

Each person who comes on the water must accept our Terms and Conditions and give us the basic information we need to keep them safe, including any relevant medical details. A guest does this by accepting their invitation.

We cannot take anyone on the water whose seat has not been assigned and accepted, even if they turn up on the day. As the lead booker, please make sure your guests receive and accept their invitations.

Yes. Book the seats, then invite each guest by email when you complete your booking. 

Every guest must be 18 or over and accept their own invitation.

An order confirmation email straight away, with your order number. Keep it: it's your record of the booking. 

If you created an account at checkout, you'll also receive a welcome email.

On the event page for your course or trip: launch time, meeting point, parking, kit list and joining notes. 

Read it fully before the day. You'll get much more from your event if you arrive prepared.
